[ROM] Official CM7 for the Motus/Backflip 9.25.11

Hi j_rooD,

Any clues on why its stuck on this screen and doesn't progress any further?

I've got all the files required on the sdcard, I'm able to do 'flash_image recovery /sdcard/recovery.img'.
After this, it just gets stuck on blue moto screen with the words 'Bootloader USB Init'.

Any pointers would be great.

Its a China ME600, if this makes any difference.

I think everyone sold their backflip or is using it as a paperweight.

At least mine is being used as a cute light up toy for my daughter.

Backflips will be in business atleast as long as Cyanogen Mod Nightlies(rather weeklies) are being released for the phone

Well my experience will be similar. After this years Black Friday, I think it'll be time to hang up the gloves for my backflip. Still a good device and supported by the nightlies, its simply too slow now for my taste. I have the latest october nightly flashed and it runs pretty smooth, but I do get the hiccups from launching apps such as google voice or the phone reboots every 3-4 days. In simple words, its just too slow compared to all the newer devices out there. It will be 2013 soon and I need a new hone to compete will every1 who either has the iphone 5 or galaxy s3.

So I'm gunning for the new Nexus 4, the Samsung Galaxy S3, or simply any phone that will support the jelly bean roms. Can't go iphone bcus im on t-mobile.

I'm using mine again after my mum's phone got stolen. So I gave her my HTC Mozart because that's easy to use and is fast to use. And lugging on my Backflip for now. I always used it for Spotify though.

I'm thankful there's still weekly rom updates for this phone!

I havent used my phone for a while and it had cm7 nightly 56. The last time it was on it said something about the android process force closing and many of the other apps were force closing as well. Now it wont turn on without the charger and it stays on the white screen with the black motorola logo. I cant access the recovery either so i think it might be stuck in paperweight mode.

just flash the stock .sbf firmware with rsdlite , root again with superoneclick , flash cwm through rom manager , then flash the latest nightly via cwm recovery ..
