Hmm, I'm uploading a firmware for RSD Lite, and the exploit in the RAMDLD is fixed in Backflip (not Motus). Either he has some "magic info" from Motorola or is just speaking crapload.

Thanks Semseddin for the signature and avatar.

Check this: http://modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=530518
(It is not likely that Cliq recovery will work on Backflip, so make custom one for Backflip.)
EDIT: Will not work.Last edited by Skrilax_CZ; 04-02-2010 at 02:34 PM.

****HELP**** I was using "Droid Explorer" to install 3rd party apps and bypass the at&t restictions and made my backflip crash, it just resets over and over without completely booting up. Anyone got a recovery file or advice to get it back to normal even if I loose everything on it I would be happy to get it reset to factory but I can not even get in to the regular menu.

Will a hard reset work?

Use the SBF Firmware if anything else fails.

So from what I am seeing the newer firmwares are uploaded at the opensource page so in theory could we update our backflips based off those firmwares there?
And wouldn't these firmwares that have been uploaded on 4-21 be able to help the backflip root effort? Or do we have to wait for the newer firmware that has been released OTA to be avail for downloading
