why do they got to make rooting so hard. They need a program to plugin phone and config it then set up. Wow they gotta make everything so hard. i cant get nothing rooted and typed in right . i got the ASD or w/e hooked up but after that i think its bull crap.

Try z4root. I've read it works on cliq, maybe it works on backflip. It uses the rageagainstthecage method.

I've used z4root to root two Backflips. Just installed it and ran it - no issues. Make sure you disable any anti-virus app.

i dont understand why they dont make a file explore to make crap easier. everytime i try to install it wont download through ADB . but when i try to find Z4mod on the market it wont find it . Then i scan the bar code wont find it . I mean it will scan the code but wont find the app. i just think they need to make or add a file Explore to make things easier for developers or people who just want to play around.

what command are you using to push it and is the file in the right place? cause i just used adb to push z4 over to test and it works you must be entering wrong commands in terminal
