Empire Andropad 7"

Hi
Can anyone please help me in upgrading ROM of empire Andropad 7".
it has 3g and right frm start i was unhappy with the performance of it. the current firmware version is Android 2.1, Model number is EMPIRE ANDROpad, Kernel Version is 2.6.25 and build number is 1.1.0.ECLAIR.eng.root.2-11-01-20.163636
I would like to have atleast android 2.3 or higher.
Please help me in this

there's no update information for your Empire Andropad 7". how much are you on computer programming? if you want to, install
Ubuntu 10.04.3 LTS, and start building your own android rom, because I don't think that the manufactors will make an upgrade.
