Hey, so my nephew screwed up his phone trying to root and upgrade his Sprint ZIO, so I'm trying to fix it, but I'm not finding any info on rooting/upgrading this phone anywhere. Does anyone know if where I could find info on Sprint/Sanyo phones?

I'm a bit of loss, and when I google info on rooting or repairing his phone, I just get loads of spam sites and obvious malware sites, so any direction is helpful at this point.
