Droid 2 Opinions
So like everyone else, I've had fun with my Cliq until the camera went. Now altogether I'm just not happy with the performance. There are so many cool apps and games out there and they can't be handled by the Cliq.
My question is what's your take on the new Droid 2? Would it be my worthwhile to get that? I currently have no contract with T-mobile and I'm really open to opinions here, I want a phone where I can basically mess around with, internally and externally and that would last me a while. I seem to grow tired of phones easily
Thanks! My phone is my life... I spend more time on here than facebook!

I think it would satisfy you in terms of performance.

Thanks Semseddin for the signature and avatar.

Is the Droid2 coming with a more CPU? , i got the firmware on my milestone now, and the Launcher seems very slow and all in general, it does really not feel like Froyo 2.2 im having on my phone.
but ok, i have not been using overclocking, so maybe 550Mhz is really not that fast..
But their ideas are not that bad, but i hate they didnt add bigger widgets, thats why sense is so appreciated i think. but seems others ignores the fast big widgets are welcome.
anyways, when i got rid of all the Verizon stuff and registration popups, it just another phone, except i got hopes that the camera here will work better with focus, so far zoom works quite well.

It features Android 2.2 (Froyo) with Flash 10.1, the slide-out QWERTY keyboard of the original, a 3.7″ display, 5MP camera, and 8GB of internal storage, supplemented by an 8GB SD card that comes in the box. Motorola also bumped the processor from 600 MHz to 1 GHz, the same speed as the newer Droid X, and doubled the available RAM from the original Droid to 512 MB.
[EDIT]So I got the Droid 2... TOTALLY SWEET! lol it's obviously a huge step up from the Cliq, and it's already on Froyo. Even though there's no Root for it yet, I'm loving the space, speed, and options. I just hate all this preloaded junk on here.

I Love my new droid 2!!
I ditched my backflip for a droid 2 a couple of days ago and I must say I love it. It seems 20 times faster, I love the 1 ghz processor and I've downloaded tons of apps that I used to pass up due to space issues with the backflip and I still have over 6 gigs of free space on the phone, it has no lag and the buttons on the keypad are very similar to the backflip but the virtual keyboard is so much bigger I rarely use the physical. Coming from a motorola backflip I can say i highly recommend the droid 2.It feels very well built and very responsive.
