Defy Elegant Steel (Theme)
Hey guys, here is just a port i made of Elegant steel. Credits to Jedipottsy for the concept [WIP]ElegantSteel - xda-developers
This isnt a complete theme just the framework is themed for now. Make sure you back up current framework and just push the framework.apk. ( adb push framework-res.apk /system/framework )
they are also optimized and zipalign

Forgive me for being a noob (I'm gettin the hang of android!), but what exactly does the framework entail? Is it the notification bar, menus and things like that?
