Hey ADLX, I'm having issues with 3G on latest CM7 nightly... can't get any signal. And when I try to install Fix_3g_850.1900Mhz-signed.zip from recovery it says something about old scripting and that it needs to be updated.
The fix worked great on 2ndInit stable, but I'm getting this error when using latest one (need latest for installing CM7 nightly).
Thx for your advice.

hello
I have a Defy the base band UMTS 900/2100 ... I'm from Venezuela and my country, Movistar working on UMTS 850/1900 ... Try to flash some zip in this post and have not found solution or with basebandSwitcher ...
Will I be able to change to 850/1900? I'll be doing wrong in this case!

The firmware must match the hardware. If you flash a [900/1700/2100] phone with [850/1900/2100] firmware (or vice-versa) it will not have 3G anywhere. Originally Posted by cesargmoy

bro i live in Panama-Panama and i need a 3g fix for CLARO company.... i tried the zips u posted but i cant intall them :S i put it in recovery n i try to install them but i cant... and.. i download the 1 CLICK RECOVERY FLASHER you put on description but when i open it .. it says that my device is not compatible.. i have a motorola defy mb525... please HELP!!!! my e-mail is..
