Tring to install custom recovery,

I was wondering if every device is different for installing the custom recovery menu and if so which one i would use for the spice? XT300, currently I tried a few imgs to load with fastboot and adb, this is what it looks like now,



Damn not even a response, well at the moment I wiped my recovery partition with fastboot so if anyone finds an image that might work please post here.. Thank You.
