unsquashfs -d /usr/local/CG52 -f /usr/local/CG52.smg

Entiendo ...

First. you should know that this program only works with old ezx phones, if you
want to unpack sbf files from motomagx firmwares you should use sfbrecalc then, sfb
files contain *.smg files that only can be unpacked by using some dist linux to obtain
better results.

He means that for having better results, you must unpack smg files by using some Linux distribution (for example: Ubuntu, Debian, etc)
I recommend Ubuntu because of its easy installation and newbie-friendly graphical user interface in linux world

sbfRecalc you can find it for Windows and Linux OS

hey sebasabotag

I recommend to you this pack http://ezxdevel.googlecode.com/files/magx_smg_tools.rar
this pack contain all necessary binaries to edit and build your smg files.

just unrar it, then copy all files to /bin then once you have installed these binary files, just go to your unapacked sbf firmware... if you want to edit the addresbook file you should unpack the cg36...

cd /home/user/firmware
unmagx cg36.smg
just that... the cg36 will be unpacked successfully.
