Tether/Hotspot usage data masking app?

I've heard PDA Net masks the piggy-backing a phone provides a computer,but I was wondering,are there any alternatives when you want to hide your internet hotspot/tether usage? Lately I've been getting hit with usage cap notifications from my celluar ISP,they slow my data speeds and thr result is painfully slow "4g" speeds... Any suggestions,info,or research into feasible app production possibilty would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks Guys!

Wow...I guess no one decided to ever answer this one...I will tell you as a computer tech that it is impossible. All data that travels to & from your phone goes through your service provider. Your only other option would be to connect to a WiFi Hotspot when you can.
