what do you mean 'not link'
did you put your phone in storage mode - for access to sd card or phone portal -for moto software?

I have founds the 64 bit drivers to be pretty buggy. Had to do lots of uninstalls, remove from device manager, reinstall to get it to work. I have a dual boot system...x86 no issues. I know that doesn't help a bit...but at the least its not you...the 64 drivers stink.

Mine 64 drivers works good - try to uninstall all motorola drivers from windows driver manager, and then connect mobile and wait for automatic installation.
maybe..will wait that way

@powerram50 Try (CMD) 'adb devices' in App > Dev mode. Same thing with your Charm, I guess?
These are the drivers you need. The motohelper package from the main site has other support stuff (but drivers should be the same.) Try to reinstall drivers (re-run the .msi). Instructions also say reboot your pc (that might be it).
