Alright. Ill check it out and see if it works.

Also, to everyone that DID flash the rom, Wifi calling DOES still work, so if you have access to a wifi network you can still use your phone as normal.

Another question, can someone open this .zip and look if there is a radio.img inside?

It could be the kernel. Current MIUI users, download CM7 and strip out its boot.img, put it in your SDCard, download a terminal emulator and type in:

    flash_image boot /sdcard/boot.img
    reboot

    Tell me results.

If perhaps more people interested in porting came together for this phone, things could happen. I just wouldn't get my hopes up for Cyanogenmod (7 or 9) or MIUI to ever make it to a "final" version. There just isn't enough support from the community for this phone.

There is no such thing as a final release hah it keeps building on it it will just be a build 1 not 0.9

    Tatted:

There is such a thing as when a custom rom reaches a level of success that it can be considered 99% bug free and "final". Semantics are semantics, use your energy to make a good daily driver for the underused Cliq 2 instead of throwing banter my way. This phone will never have enough support to get CM or MIUI ported til it's nearly flawless. I beg you to prove me wrong instead of moaning.

Do I need to be using the stock 2.2, 2.2.2 or GB to port the MIUI Rom?

I was on CM7 when I flashed it, and I've also flashed it from stock 2.2.2, not sure about anything else.

I just checked it out and most of the ROM is still written in Mandarin, even though the language in settings says English :/
