I wish I could read Chinese looks like an awesome site. So instead of a new flash its a clockwork backup. And if you flash to cm9 can you restore back to the leak of 2.3.4? And are there any pics out there of what it looks like? And since I have found the edit button...... does it come with the google stuff in it or do we have to get one of the gapps packages? and if so which one?

You have to flash 2.3.4 first.Restore it from 2.3.4 through 2ndinit.

What does extract from sdcard/clockwork/backup mean? I know I have that file on my phone but what am suppose to do with it?

Place the extracted files into that directory it looks like. The 2ndinit appears to be based on clockworkmod recovery which uses that directory tree to restore from. Basicly you are installing a nandroid backup to get cm9 as far as I can tell.

If you are on official cliq 2 gingerbread you can't downgrade your firmware.

You have to reflash it to 2.2.2 then update it to the leaked gingerbread, root it, install 2ndinit and flash it from there
