NOTE: This will Un-Root the phone and update the HBOOT to 1.0 rendering the phone UN-ROOTABLE(for now)
DO NOT install this update if you wish to ROOT the phone.


This is an official HTC 2.2 update for ATT customers. IF Rooting becomes available, this thread will be updated

Hola! I have a question, i live in Mexico and i have an HTC Aria, i had to unlock it in order to make it work with a mexican carrier, my question is, if i update my cell phone to de new AT&T update, will this new update lock my Aria Again?

yes, but if you have the Subsidy code you can re-enter it to unlock again
also, now you can ROOT the OTA 2.2 update thanks to AlphaRev Team
