yes, you can root it (I hope that im not late here) I have attached a file here that you can use to root your droid razr, just extract the contents onto somewhere (desktop preferably) and run the .bat file while your razr is connected to the computer via usb and with usb debugging on. oh and you also needa be on the stock 2.3.5
