ICS on the razr (gsm/utms/xt910) not for VZW/CDMA models

Hey guys, I have recently found out that moto has leaked a early pre-alpha rom for our GSM razrs.
I did try it out and it was awesome, mostly stock with a little of motoblur, and it is a little buggy too.
ok for all the eager and excited people, here you go:

Requirements:

Software version: 651.167.20 Retail en.EU

steps:
1. Download the file
2. place it on the root of your external SDCard or in a folder you remember
3. Go into Motorola's Recovery (turn off phone then press both volume up and down and power and boot into recovery)
4. Install .zip from SD card
5. Profit
6. go to developer settings and enable gpu rendering :')
