[Guide] E398 to ROKR E1 Conversion

I have problem whit p2k tools.
When i want to refresh file manager at the end of it pops some error.
It sounds:
Access violation at address 005b0b7e in module "P2KTools.exe". Read of adress 00000000.
What i need to do to all work properly?

i just got a rokr e1 branded with cingular and i can find any monster packs that i really like so i just flashed it with stock unbranded firmware but when i put my sim card in it it asks me for subsidy code?????????????????can someone please give me a monster pack thats modded that has stock unlocked normal startup and power off logos and sounds..every single one ive flashed onto my phone has ugly font and custom startup.......there has to be a modded or stock unlocked firmware from the unlocked unbranded rokr somwhere plrease help!
