Well, you can't untill you download and install it. The easiest way to install a new skin is using a program called Skin Manager - it's free and can be found in virtually every Motorola forum, including this one. Advice: start it, connect your phone and then you'll be able to use it's options!

Do you mean sms, or mms? Try this Motorola SETUP
If you mean sms, then contact your provider for the centre number.
