    help! my rokr wont.....

    can anybody please help me. i dont know what happened but my rokr wont refresh the media. i can access my mp3's in the file manager but nothing shows on the multimedia. please help me! thanks

    in the transflash or phone memory ?
    try pressing * or # in the empty sounds menu
