Hello, I'm from Argentina. I've a problem with my rokr. I flashed with the firmware R373_70R and now, the telephone's microphone it's broken. I sent the cellphone to the guarantee but, they diden't repair it because I modify the firmware and flex.
I need please, the original firmware for my rokr (boot loader v. 0A.02)
I think that it's the version that I need: R373_G_0E.30.44R

I need to know if I can flash with this firmware safely, because I will be downgrading the version. It's possible?

Welcome to MMM.
Yes if you change the firmware of the phone on your own, the warranty gets viod. Still they will repair the phone but the service will be charged.

Since your phone is a real ROKR, it's better you flash your phone with the original firmware for ROKR.

so far i know, Firmware 7XR, can not reflash at 4XR, your phone will stuck with 7XR unless you do testpointing, pls see the E398/I398/ROKR bible for detail.

Remove the battery an look at the label on the phone, or may be on the box. If the firmware version is not specified on either of the two. You should flash it with a 42R firmware and then take it to the service centre and request for a repair.
