    E398 Entering options in Automatic Answering calls

    Hi guys,
    I just upgraded my E398 software to 42R. But now i;m not able to enter options during a call answered automatically by a electronic options menu, like when you call a Customer care and their system will ask you to press 1 for English/Spanish. Is there any seem or any thing i can do in my mob to rectify this problem?
    A help from any will be highly appreciated!

    Guys,
    I just found out that this is happening since the phone is not sending a tone when i press a number button.
    Is there a seem to activate this???
    Anyone... any help... much appreciated!!!

    Did you try Settings/Initial Setup/DTMF to set to "Long"? If it' set to "Off" it might be the cause of your problem.
