L9 Flashing error

I wantd to know if someone cud help me with this one problem i am facing. I have a motorola slvr l9. Last week i upgraded the firmware from R452J_G_08.21.09R to R452J_G_08.22.04R. After that i tried downgrading it back to R452J_G_08.21.09R SHX Backup(using F&B). It completes the operation but after restarting the cell , the bootloader shows an error and the cell fails to start up!! Is there any way to solve this problem or any way to completely erase the firmware and install a fresh copy.......??? Pls pls help..

I have Motorola SLVR L9 but It not in the list why??

you need to download the SLVR L9/L72 Profile for F&B3 in the Download Section.

i tried to filash my phone (Motorola L9) but i messed my phone up.
i dont really know about flashing phone so maybe thats y i did crap. while it was in progress a screen came up and said (critical error) now my phone only gives this message.

(remember i dont really know anything about flashing (only a little)
