L9 restarts during call!!
Hi , i bought a moto l9 in jan this year . I had no issues with it as yet . Like 10 days back , the phone started restarting randomly. This happens only when i dial a number or if i get a call from someone. The phone remains perfectly fine when theres no active call .
I have added no mods no skins nothing . A friend of mine suggested me to upgrade the firmware . I dont know how to do that either( i havent read the guides here ...... yet!) . Im scared to add any sort of mods as it will void the warranty. Oh and btw , i had given my phone to a legit moto service centre . They kept it for 5 days and supposedly "fixed" my phone. It was only today that i realized upto what extent they had actually fixed it.
Any info would be great.. thank you

hi i would try a master reset and if that don't get a new sim card

youve got the latest firmware for our phone...and im not sure a master reset would help but i suppose if you havent already tried it, there wouldnt be a way to know whats wrong with your phone...
however, if after youve tried the reset and it still doesnt work, id look into flashing your phone with one of our stock MPs (get them HERE hint: go for the ones showing your current firmware)
but before you go flashing stuff you will require a program to flash with (get it HERE) you will also need the L9 profile (get it HERE)
if you need some instructions on how to piece all of this together let us know!
ALSO if it isnt asking too much could you make a backup before you flash it use winzip or winrar to compress the file, upload it to 2shared and post the link back here?
good luck and happy modding!

links have been updated and to do the master reset you can find it under "initial setup" which should be under "settings"
let me know when youve tried that and if you still need help on backing up or flashing...

id still like to know what "they" did to your phone...doesnt sound "normal" but it may have been an oversight from the techs. either not doing something before they sent it back or they did something and had no idea what they had done. probably the latter but hey "we're all human!"
