digital audio player(dap) problem not loading or starting

i installed new digital audio player version 5.1.16 using motomidman,but its jst only starting loading and it doesnt work!...my old DAP installed was corrupted before..pls.tell me why or maybe i made something wrong from downloading or settings.

you should apply full access to DAP
