Why? Why? Why? Connection Problem/Modding

Hi! I've been trying for an hour to connect my phone via USB to my computer using P2K tools.
That program, rather, any modding program, will not recognize my phone. My computer is recognizing that it is connected and so does the Phone Tools Software. I've installed all of the drivers, unistalled and re-installed, shutdown my computer. What am I doing wrong?

Somebody please help!!

Have you installed the P2K Driver on your PC ? Have you changed the connection to data/fax ?

Wow... I had the drivers, but didn't change the connection! I feel dumb.... thank you so much. Something so simple was taking me hours and hours to NOT FIGURE OUT on my own!

it happens, even to the best of us! just goes to show ya when troubleshooting always eliminate the impossible and dont second guess yourself!
