Random vibrations/beeps coming from phone...???
I know that I'm probably not alone in this.
When in Normal mode, the phone will beep every couple minutes (every 10 minutes or thereabout, not sure exactly how often). When in Vibrate mode, it will vibrate quickly every so often also.
I cannot for the love of God figure out how to disable this. I've looked everywhere.
It happens even though:
(1) I do NOT have any unread text-messages
(2) I do NOT have any missed calls
(3) I do NOT have any new IMs or Emails
(4) I do NOT have any unread VMs
(5) Battery is nowhere near dying or being discharged
It's some type of an alert or something. It's NOT in the calendar BTW because I already looked. What could this be?
It's driving me nuts when I try to sleep at night with the phone on vibrate, as it will vibrate every 10 minutes or so. It seems like it's completely random and not time-dependant.
There has got to be a way to turn this off, no?
BTW, it's a T-mobile branded 2GB Razr2 V8.Last edited by s54power; 04-14-2008 at 11:42 AM.

Flash your phone with one of the amazing firmware from here.
I use to have a camera issue that went away with a full flash.
Mine only do the vibrating thing when there is a missed call, or an unchecked msg.
