Get contacts off my phone onto my computer

I just broke the screen of my phone and i need to get the contacts off it to get it onto my computer and onto another phone.. how do i get them off the phone? and is any software needed?

use MPT(motorola phone tools) connect via bt(bluetooth) and get your contacts that way!

Or get someone here to give you the sequence of button presses you would need to 'copy all to sim'
you would lose all your associated picture data and things so mpt would be better.
Maybe by a cable rather than bluetooth though so you do not have to go into pairing mode...
