When RSD lite shows that, you have to disconnect the cable, and, without closing RSD lite, remove the battery and place it again in your phone. Turn it on in BL mode again, and connect it to pc. RSD lite now should show PASS

You should have flashed NoRSA A3.CF before flashing this mp.

I have a problem . Iflashed my 512mb V8 vith this s/w version.. first I upgraded the bootloader to A3.CF, and flashed the s/w with rsd lite, the prcess was 100%, and it saied passed, but i have black screen :
bootloader A3.CF
Err: A5,694E,24.

what should i do
