In that Thread, it exaplains step by step how to flash it succesfully:

HOW TO FLASH:

Here is the most important thing, if you have or if you haven't the boot A3.CF_NORSA
You will find NoRSA bootloader in the RAR file. Now, follow these steps:

1 - Battery 100%
2 - Connect the mobile to the pc switched on
3 - Open RSD Lite 4.3 or higher
4 - Select the appropriate file for your bootloader, please pay attention here:
5 - If you have the boot A3.CC, you must first flash the boot A3.CF NORMAL (included in rar file)(Folder Step1).
6 - Once you have the Boot A3.CF Normal (if you don't have it, do not continue) you should flash the boot A3.CF_NORSA provided (Folder Step1)
7 - Once you have the boot A3.CF_NORSA , just now in these conditions flash Fusion 3.
8 - Select Fusion3.sbf file and flash Fusion 3 (folder step 2)
9 - Do not disconnect until the RSD Lite window says: PASS
10- The phone will reboot automatically.
11 - Ready, to enjoy LINUXMOD FUSION 3

WARNING: Do not try to downgrade the bootloader because it would kill the cell. Do not jump the order of the bootloaders it also kills the cell. 1º) A3.CC 2º) A3.CF 3º) A3.CF NoRSA

All files must be flashed with RSD lite. Read the guide:
