Question about Rogers V9 Chinese phone book

Hi guys, I got a problem of my phone. The Rogers V9 support Chinese, but if i change the phone language to Chinese, i cannot get into the phone book. but it is no problem if i change it to English. Is that a bug of the version of the phone? any suggestion or solution plz? or maybe edit the seed? Thanks a lot

Extract seem 0032_0001 from your phone. Now open it with a hex editor. Go to offset 3F and set bits 1 and 0 to 1. Save the edited seem and then upload it to your phone and restart. Now you should be able to access the phonebook with either Traditional or Simple Chinese when either is set as your primary language.
