Cannot upload web session v9

So i unfortunately flashed my phone with the telstra firmware, and i'm trying to get it working properly with my carrier (Rogers).

I have removed the websession file from the main folder </a> using p2k tools (tried P2k commander as well)

Replaced it with the file from the downloads section of this board.

When I reload the websessions in p2ktools from phone, it shows all the web sessions there, but when i reboot the phone and check it manually, there is nothing there.

I have also tried to copy the websession file in p2k commander, restart the phone, still I have no web sessions on my phone.

Does anyone know where i'm going wrong? I'm pretty sure it "should" be just a copy of the web session file should it not? Does it have to have certain attributes ??

It's possible the WebSessions you uploaoded is a different size than the one needed by your phone. There are 3 different sizes that I'm aware of----- 22, 37, and 93. For instance the AT&T V3XX uses size 37 and AT&T V9 uses size 93. The paramaters of the WebSessions is determined by seem 004e_0001 which basically means your flex will determine which size WebSessions you need.
