    Like MotoRazr said, just use Motorola Phone Tools. You can purchase it from Motorola's site. Among its listed features is syncing your phonebook with outlook.

    or use p2k tools vs.

    Click the big phone icon, then go to settings.
    Set p2k mode to p2k05. Then go to at mode tab then switch the phonebook type to v3x.
    Save the settings, then click the big phone icon again and switch to at mode.
    Refresh the contacts, that will grab them. Then you can save them to csv (excel, outlook) or Pt3 (p2k format).
