ahhaha,i downloades .exe one and the virus i found it in the RSDLUpdater...but deleted it and just everything works perfectly ok.i've flashed all my phones with it XD.

I am trying to do the full Z6 back up using the guide that Spike put together for F&B 3.07. All works fine but it just lets me backup one CG at a time. What am I doing wrong?

I too am still confused, I've had a z3 and it was simple flashing a MP. I can't get a complete grasp the terminology used.

I also want to do a full back up of my Z6, which extension should we save it as SHX or SBF. Do you differentiate a relash as a SBF file and a MP with a SHX file extension? I also found having to "uncheck", "cut empty bytes at the end of code groups", as FB3 will give me errors for each CG if it is checked on.

Yes.....I used the "select all" CG's check box....it only does one CG at a time for some reason.

It does for me. I've only did one back up with a .shx extension and i don't know if this is the correct file extension for me to use. Also my backup file seems rather large at 130MB's

Yes, it does a full backup.

Like already said, sorry bothering u with a silly question. I've readed the post of backin up but I have just one question: works with the boot A3.CF? or just the A3.CD? I don't want to get my phone screwed. Thanks in advance n' sorry again.-

yes.it should work...as in the a3cc

Hi! It`s me again. I've tried to backup my Z6 according to this guide. I've installed the F&B3.07, updated drivers, patched the aplication n' all that is mentioned above. When I push the read info button starts with CG1 but F&B gives error and phone crashes to a black screen with "critical error: DEA1" message. Obviously, no backup done or anything like. Also tried with RSD but shows no info of device (N/A fields and 0000000000000 IMEI). Any ideas of what I'm doing wrong? I just want to make a backup for restore it to default if don't like the modded MP but everything I tried was useless. Thanks in advance.-

Skrilax_CZ's: In theory, it should work with at leas v8 n z6.
I cheked the patch and the dll is 4 z6. well,we can tryt it at least in a v8. wich uses same motomagx version,

Will i be able to flash the language pack only (as downloaded from the next sticky) , or will using this procedure require a full firmware change as in your screenshots?

Yah, you can flash LP only, flashing is same for everything even for bootloader.

well, i did what u guys said, and i got my rokr z6 flashed flashed and it's great; the problem is, when i flashed it i was last in usb setting:modem, and now that it is flashed, i can't seem to get that change, to go to memory card, it jus keeps talking about the connection type.

if any one has any ideas as to y this is happenning, please write back.
