I am new in forum and I really need a flash to rokr z6 with boot A3.CF. I have one piece and this just power on in boot mode without flash file.

whts ur current bootloader and firmware?
bootloader u can check by powering off ur fone and powering on while pressing * and #.
firmware u can check main menu>setting>phone setting>properties.

and to wht bootloader and firmware u want to move to

before u do anything check the compatability on:

Hi, i´m a new member, i´m peruvian so sorry about my english. Well i try to explain my problem, you said that if i have BL A3.CF i shouldn´t use this file because i will brick my phone.. so.. can you tell me what should i do? if you have a flash for my BL, it will be nice. thanks

I need some assistance, if anyone has the original firmware for the Motorola Z6 for use in the USA or South America, I'd appreciate getting a *.sbf format backup or monsterpack that I can use. I reprogrammed my phone and now the memory available on the phone itself is minimal, and also lost my Tetris game and have a "Football" game that doesn't work...

One other question, has anyone finalized a definitive list of what the various codegroups do, as I have a partial list but it doesn't include all the codegroups that come up when I read my phone programming using F&B3...

i have a3.cc bootloader, and i don't see it mentioned in the first post. trying to change it to a3.c9 would be a downgrade or upgrade?

does that mean that fws that work with a3.c9 work with a3.cc? acording to my logic yeah, since it's a newer bootloader.... but i thought i better ask

Quick background info: Bought my Z6 in November 2007. Didn't mind it's stock state so never got around to modding. Recently phone has been generating an error ( picture capture failed) when I try to take a photo past 1x zoom. Tried a reset but it didn't clear the error. Now I'm looking at doing some mods to it. Call me a late modding bloomer.

Since this is my only phone (prior phone took a run through the washer and dryer), I need it to be working.

I've spent most of my day reading the Z6 forums. So I have realized I'll need RSD Lite and I have it installed. My phone's boot loader is the original Motorola's A3C9. Current firmware is R60_G_80.33.05R (that's what it shipped with). Flex: GSQACENDST01NA03D

If I'd understood what I've read, I won't need to update the bootloader. Is there an advantage to upgrading to A3.CC?

From this http://modmymoto.com/forums/showthread.php?t=405521 link, I see a large number of firmwares. Is there a way to find out what has been changed in each of the firmwares? I have found and downloaded R60_G_80.33.4FR_LP0003_GSQACENDST01NA, but I would like to know what changes it makes before I flash it to my phone.

Goal: My primary goal is to flush out this error the camera is generating. Secondary goal would be to see if I can improve the camera's performance. Bonus goal would be to add some cool new features.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Advice and cautions are also graciously accepted.
