[Tips] Members can now upload files!

All of our members are now able to upload their files to our server. This way you can upload your file directly to our server and share it on the forum.

To do this: You will need to go Downloads. There you will see an "Add" button (see image). Everything from there on is pretty straightforward.

Make sure that you choose the right category and credit the author of the file. Members are able to edit their own uploaded files afterwards. Once the file is uploaded, you can upload an image afterwards.

Our downloads section is categorized by phone model. For example, if you have a Z3 file that needs to be uploaded, you will need to go 'phone files', Z3 and there again you will find different categories.

Skins have their own section. We categorize skins by their type and size. Softwares are categorized by the operating system.

Now for the rules: Please do not upload any illegal contents to the server. This will be deleted and you will be infracted.

If you have any suggestions or you feel the need for a new category, feel free to make a post about it in this thread or send me a private message.

To play along you will need to have 31 posts. We hope that you enjoy this new feature.

I like this idea. But i fear if people are going to abuse this privilege by uploading warez content eg naming it something it isnt to upload warez and people doubling up on uploading the same file but with a slightly different name file name there will be two of the same file in download section.

I assume the moderators will be keeping a VERY close watch on this also. If worse comes to worse i think this privilege will be removed or a better idea still, when members upload things they need Admin / Moderator approval before they get hosted publicly in the downloads section i know that is a rule on maximus forum. Maybe someone to consider amongest the M3 Staff ?

We have been testing this for months already on Modmyi.com. Everyone is playing nice.

We trust our members and of course, we will keep an eye on things.

hi Super joker i'm happy wid dis feature but i cant find the add button in downloads section. i only see Main, Stats, Category Tree and Search.
Plz get a solution for me friend...!!! i've made an MP for l7 and i didn;t knew how to upload it. Any other way to Upload that? Plz...!
