Umm what do you do with the files you find in that section how do i install them into the phone. plz help

Well, that's a very general question. If you post in the section for your phone model, you'll get more useful results.

Well, what phone do you have?
If you're not sure, hold * and # while turning it on. It will tell you the s/w and bootloader version of your phone. If you post that here, we can tell you what you've got.
