create a windows 7 get connected guide as we all know motorola driver software cannot be installed on windows 7 as it will say unsupported OS but recently the Global team "411" as been formed with ppl alll over the world and i am apart of this team and have made a method for the issue took some hours maybe 7 but we figured out the prob , and would like to add it as a token of appreciation to the help i have received over the months.

The drivers work fine on Windows 7. I'm not sure why it took you a few hours, but the new drivers work just fine.
