Anyone tried this on a Galaxy S2? I've bricked or soft bricked mine but the battery is low so i need to charge it.
Have the black on the positive and red on the negative (far left) but nothing seems to happen. I've tried this on the battery bars with the battery in the phone and also with the wires lopped onto the teeth on the phone side, then placed the battery inside.
Should i try on the battery bars without being in the phone first then see in a couple of hours if it has charged it at all?

But when i take the wires out completely and put the battery back in like a normal charge and just use my phone to comp cable it comes up with the frozen loading battery symbol as before. Have i got these around the wrong way or is there something else i need to do?

Fml i had them round the wrong way, didn't help people weren't talking in positive and negatives though. Cheers XDA!!!

Has started charging. So hopefully i can unbrick my bloody new phone in a little while. Cheers though guys. This was the first thread i found in my initial search and you all helped a lot
