Confirmed with Maxx V6 S/W R261171LD
You should add R261171LD with Mode2 & Mode5
Thanx M8

Motorola V195s Mido MiDlets Manager
I have been struggling with this for a couple of days and am hoping that someone can help me.
I am able to connect to the Moto MIDlets Manager with the message: Unsupported platform. Can't continue.
However the screen does not fill in with the application for the phone.
I tried to use P2K tools and that seems to load but I am lost with that tool also.
I recently received the unlocked Motorola V195s phone which was a T-Mobile and I am trying to remove the MyFavs items so that I don't get the 453 error message when it is turned on. I have found the solution on another thread but am unable to get the Moto MIDlets Manager to load.
Thanks for the help.Last edited by DumbOne; 05-11-2008 at 09:59 AM.

on the firmware checking, where do you type in the #9999#?
- 06-18-2008 09:24 PM #161
^ You can just power off the mobile & press *,# and power on at the same time. Or settings>phone status>other information>s/w version.

Or type it on the homescreen

I'v read the instructions, obtained my firmware version (it's R452G_G_08.24.02R) and have tried adding it to each Mode(x) line in MotoMidMan.ini (one at a time of course). I still can't get past the "unsupported platform" problem. My phone is a W490 with the most recent update from Motorola installed. I noticied that the log file shows the firmware version as R452G_G_08.24.02 (no R) so I even tried them all with that. Still no luck. What am I missing? Has anyone been able to get MotoMidMan to work with a W490/W510?
