    Confirmed with Maxx V6 S/W R261171LD

    You should add R261171LD with Mode2 & Mode5

    Thanx M8

    Motorola V195s Mido MiDlets Manager

I have been struggling with this for a couple of days and am hoping that someone can help me.

I am able to connect to the Moto MIDlets Manager with the message: Unsupported platform. Can't continue.

However the screen does not fill in with the application for the phone.

I tried to use P2K tools and that seems to load but I am lost with that tool also.

I recently received the unlocked Motorola V195s phone which was a T-Mobile and I am trying to remove the MyFavs items so that I don't get the 453 error message when it is turned on. I have found the solution on another thread but am unable to get the Moto MIDlets Manager to load.

    Thanks for the help.

For K3 it should be Mode 6 line.

Basically, at the end of .ini file there's a short description, which should help to find right line for your phone.

P.S. Thread is a little too long for me to read it all, so if someone already posted this - sorry.

to all and especially person quoted above:
if you download anything from the M3 server PLEASE for heavens sake, uncompress the file before attempting to do anything with it.
thank you for your time and bandwidth!
    good luck and happy modding!

^ You can just power off the mobile & press *,# and power on at the same time. Or settings>phone status>other information>s/w version.

I'v read the instructions, obtained my firmware version (it's R452G_G_08.24.02R) and have tried adding it to each Mode(x) line in MotoMidMan.ini (one at a time of course). I still can't get past the "unsupported platform" problem. My phone is a W490 with the most recent update from Motorola installed. I noticied that the log file shows the firmware version as R452G_G_08.24.02 (no R) so I even tried them all with that. Still no luck. What am I missing? Has anyone been able to get MotoMidMan to work with a W490/W510?
