[OLDGUIDE] How to Remove RSA on LTE2 phones
They say this worked on L7, V360, L6, and V3i. Well, I have only tested it on my L7 and it worked. I have not tested it on others so do it at your own risk. You are responsible for what you are doing.
1. Open RandomSHX, click "Extract BIN files from SHX," and select your MP or backup.
Extracted BIN files order are *0.bin (header), *1.bin (Ramdlr), *2.bin (CG1), *3.bin (CG2), *4.bin (CG3), *5.bin (CG4), *6.bin (CG7), *7.bin (CG15), and *8.bin (CG18).
2. Open RandomRSA2 and put 11F80000 for L7 or 12F80000 for V3.
3. Then on the CG1, select the extracted *2.bin file, *6.bin file for CG7, and *8.bin file for CG18.
4. Click the RSA box just below CG18 and close the program.
--for step 2, 3, and 4 refer to this screenshot--
5. Now recompile the bin files with RandomSHX.
6. Take a deep breath, relax, and just flash the new MP using Flash&Backup3
also worked on L2 & L6 confirmed by SuperJoker
also worked on R4517 1ER confirmed by BFLast edited by BF; 01-13-2008 at 12:52 PM.

I was afraid you'd say that. lol
which one of these should I use?
2. Open RandomRSA2 and put 11F80000 for L7 or 12F80000 for V3.
After extracting the bins, I realized the V3 doesn't have a CG7.Last edited by Onael; 01-22-2007 at 05:33 PM.

no it will not work on LTE phones. V3 is LTE and this guide is for LTE2.
