V3re Phone whit blank sections - Problem

I have a problem, I bought a phone Motorola V3re to my girlfriend in Portugal, she put the phone in english, when she came home Sweden, after a while she wanted it in swedish, so I found a language pack whit swedish "" R3442A_LP000B_DXFactor.sbf "" , everything run well I used the RSD lite and it seems that everyhthing was ok, after a small search int he phone, we found that when we want to put a contact "SEND TO" when we write a SMS the names don´t appear in the list, and in some menus there is blank spaces. Even if i put the language in english or other thingh it is in the same problem.
But in the contact menu the list of contacts appear correctly..

anyone have an ideia, how to solve this?
What the language pack in bad conditions.?
where do I find a good language pack whit swedish to V3re?
Will I need to do make a new firmware instalation!? _HOW_?
