Razr V3re can't exit fts mode
I can't exit the fts (Field Test Mode) of my phone. Even when I power cycle it it cannot exit. Is there some seem edit I can do to disable it or some command?

a seem edit is what i would try look at the seem map and find the one that disables the fts, maybe the engineering option
