Bricked Razr V3 flashes on/off
My razr v3 worked fine for 3 years. one day i was adding games with no problem with Midway. i decided i needed more space so i used p2k commander to delete my skins. i restarted the phone and the motorola opening screen comes on then flashes white and black like its turning on and off by itself.
i then seached the internet to learn more about the problem. i leaned i could press * and # at the same time to get into a new area called bootloader. Heres what the screen says.
Boot Loader 0c.f4.
SW Version: R3442A_G_0E.43.0AR
OK to Program
Connect USB Data Cable
i then learned i needed to use Flash&Backup to restore missing files. i downloaded it and i found a backup of my SW Version online. i ran F&B and selected the backup file and connected my phone. F&B says: Critical Error 1337 AB6B

Ok, you have a v3re. Fortunately they are difficult to really brick. Soon as I get back to my pc I'll link a file you can flash. There are other variables which may have caused the error, but nothing we can't handle

alright im back. now first you need Flash&Backup 3.0.9. this later version includes the v3re profile, it shows up in F&B as "Motorola v3re (v3 06)" in the drop-down menu. make sure this is selected before Writing the flash file.
Download THIS file, open it in F&B by choosing Write tab, then click on Select Flash File. navigate to the download location of the file and open it. naturally the file is in ZIP or RAR so you will first need to extract it using a program like WinRAR, or 7zip.
with the flash file opened in F&B make sure you have the correct profile selected as mentioned above, and all the CG's are checked. Finally click Write Data and wait for the process to complete. This should restore the phone back to functional.
Good luck, if you need any more help with this just ask

oh, forgot to mention you need to be in bootloader for the PC to connect to the phone. if it doesnt go into bootloader when trying to power on, you will need to force it. to do this hold the * and # keys then press power. soon it should show the bootloader info on screen. connect to F&B and continue.
Dumba is correct, battery will not charge while in this state. make sure you charge the battery in another phone before flashing, if at all possible.

Happy you got it going again, once you get things set up how you like, make a backup of the phone with F&B. its a good idea to keep a backup for safety

sorry, cant help you with the Java App thing. If you need anything else, were here!!
