    unlockable Razr V3re

I bought a Razr V3re a few weeks ago, it's locked Tmobile. No big deal I thought, I can get it unlocked and use my ATT sim card in it. Was I wrong. I sent the phone to onsitecellular to get it unlocked. Four weeks later they send the phone and my money back claiming the phone can't be unlocked. I call tmobile and they won't unlock because I did not buy it from Tmobile. I tried to point out the phone was 4 or 5 years old and Tmobile does not sell old phones. No dice. I'm not technically inclined, so I do not want to open the case and try and use software I don't understand. Besides, I'm running Win7 Pro 64 bit. Why is this phone unlockable?

No, sorry. You need the code, or a smartclip. The smartclip is an expensive little box, ith internet access. Not every Phone shop has one.
Try again with T-Mobile, tell them you are a customer, or you might want to become one, but youy want that code first.

Please do not kiss, or lick, the Monitor.
