you have a v3re, you need to use the v3re(06) profile in F&B3 to flash this phone.

also dont use the Flash Terminal tab, use the Write tab, but first make a full backup of the phone before flashing anything

Where can one find the right software flash files to set a razrs back to the OEM state. Looking for AT&T and T-mobile. Have some razrs I would like to fix and use. Or moods that work and have been tested. Just started doing this as a hooby. I am enjoying fixing them.

haha, yes it is fun to play and repair old RAZR phones.
as you may have noticed, the s/w version determines which model v3 you have. you can find flash files in our downloads section for each model.

click on "Downloads" button top of this forum and choose "phone files" then choose "p2k" for RAZR's v3, v3r, v3re, v3i, etc. or if you have v3xx, v3xxr, Maxx, etc. they are p2k05 phones.

there you will find all modded and stock flash files(aka: Monsterpack or MP)

first you need to know the s/w version of that phone. by the looks you are stuck in bootloader mode. post the s/w version here. or if you want, try flashing a stock f/w with the same s/w version number. the Phone Sig error is usually when the checksums are mismatched. flashing the correct s/w should fix it
