debrand Razr V3re
Hello to all-
I've got a Razr V3re that was tied to TMobile and that is now unlocked. Can someone suggest an online or mail in service that will debrand the phone back to original Motorola software?

Check out the guides and learn how to flash a V3, it's the exact same procedure, Then you can flash any Monsterpack from the V3re downloads section
If you need anymore help, post back and we'll be more than glad to help

yes, and be careful not to flash a locked MP, because it will re-lock it to the SP. if you bought the subsidy code you can re-enter it if you mistakenly flash a locked MP
also be sure to flash the correct s/w version for your phone. v3re s/w versions start with R3442A. just be sure which model phone you have
( LOL, the best of M3 chime in on this thread

debrand V3 re
I have only one phone to debrand. Trying to gather together all the necessary software and trying to get it run on a 64 bit win7 computer and trying to figure out what drivers will work for more than one day is just more trouble than I want to go to. I will continue to try to find someone else already set up to do this kind of work. I ask again if someone out there will do this work for me for payment. I have so far found only business that will do this for me, but they are in the UK. Thanks to all.

you can mail the phone out to someone if you like. or do it yourself. it is not that involved to do, even for a n00b

ok, Win7(x64). you will need...
Moto USB Handset Driver(64bit)
Flash&Backup3
and a USB Data Cable(pretty generic cable)
-install the driver s/w. plug in phone to install drivers
-install Flash&Backup
after this is done, run Flaash&Backup, plug in phone, confirm it is a v3re
click "Read" tab, check box "select all CG's", uncheck box "Cut empty bytes...", then click the "Read" button to backup the phones f/w(for safety)
now you have a safe copy of the phones f/w. next choose a "Monsterpack" from the downloads section for the v3re. you can find that HERE
as you will see there are several modded MP's along with one labeled "unbranded". if this is what you want, simply download the file, un-RAR it. take notice the first few digits are "R3442". as i mentioned before, if your s/w version also reads "R3442" it is safe to flash. although i cannot confirm if the file is unlocked. if you have the subsidy code for the phone then unlocking again is simple.
to flash the MP open F&B, click Write tab, click Select Flash File, navigate to the downloaded MP and open it. once the file has been opened in F&B click Write and wait until the process finishes and reboots the phone.
make sure to have a fully charged battery before doing this, and do not interrupt the process. Thats all there is to it
still want to pay someone to do this??

well, you were right. After I read your post, I thought I would give it a try. I used F&B to back up the phone and then I selected an MP. It loaded right up and functions perfectly. Thank you for your encouragement. Now it does not seem so mysterious.
