Hi! I have a v3re from UK (but now I am not in UK). When I try to put sim card in it, I receive a message "Enter Subsidy Password".

I want to do full-flash. Is it will unlock my phone?

Can you give me a links with best and newest firmware/monsterpack (I dont know what i need for full-flush) and guide to do that?
My bootloader is 0C.C1.
SW Version: R3442A|G0E.41.22R

Show me the best what I can do with the phone.

Your phone is subsidy locked, to whatever the carrier was in UK. There is no simple way to unlock any phone; unlocking procedures you will find here are quite complicated and risk ruining your phone. Flashing anything except that subsidy provider's locked firmware will simply fail.

I recommend purchasing the password from an unlocking service or an unlocked phone - they're cheap enough. (Check eBay.)

v3re can only be unlocked with Smart Box or Subsidy code. your best option is to buy the code online. for this model it may run you about $30 US

v3re can only be unlocked with Smart Box or Subsidy code.
