Just realized that the only V3re file we have is T-Mobile. Guess I better share my AT&T loving for this phone.

Do you have any games or other paystuff like a full music song on it? If not I can mirror it to MMM. Also did you clear it of your personal stuff like phonenumbers and messages? Thanks for sharing mate,

It is as clean as it can be. Literally as it came out of the box.

If I flash this file to my v3re with wich it appears is as the same specs as the backup for this device, will my v3re be unlocked to any sim chip that is placed in it? That is until I flash the original .SHX back to my v3re.

No, so far flashing a new software has never unlocked any motorola phone. The lock sits in the protected PDS area.

Ahh, thank you for the clarification Dumba. You have saved me many hours of confusion and wondering.

On the subject of backups, I as well have a Full Stock Backup of this V3re of the same specifications if anyone needs or is interested. I have also written a Java App Installing guide that would for something others to take advantage of if I upload it somewhere?

Well I fixed my phone thanks to the R3442A_G_43.08R file I needed R3442A_G_43.0AR.

Anyone know what the difference is?

0AR is newer then 08R, difference unknown, probably motorola intern improvements.

So far, Test Point or a Subsidy unlock code are the only two ways I know to unlock a Motorola phone. I just Called my Service Provider and said I would be traveling out of the country and wanted to use local sims. About two days later I got a Subsidy unlock code from them.
