HELP cant flash!

Heres the deal, i tried flashing my phone K1m, verizon to a generic flash and had a power outage mid flash,
phone wont boot, and cant get it to reflash back to the verizon flash i've forced it into bootloader mode but i just get a error everytime i try to flash again.

heres some more info:
when i try to flash i get Error no EFS partition.

so i guess persistence pays off. heres the fix
used to RadioComm to try to reflash to verizon firmare. it created a EFS partition on the phone (F&B3, RSDLite and PST wouldnt)
after it got to 99% it got an error. re connected the phone and used RSD and successfully flash my phone.
